We design and sell our homecoming cutouts individually (separate from a mum or garter order) only until 7/31 of each year. You may fill out a custom cutout request form here. After 7/31, we highly recommend Kozen Mum Designs on Etsy if you are making your own mum or garter and wish to purchase your cutouts instead of making them yourself.
